Is Toard still being active and actively developed?

It does look practical with a no-nonsense approach! 

No plan for new feature.

Well, In case if you don't know:
- Tird is Toard with Image Upload function

- Toard is text only.

While both give a small differences, Both Tird & Toard still remain receive updates regarding securities & moderation.
